ok, tess is sleeping on my chest, and andrew is sleeping in the bed, but since i'm afraid of tess somehow smothering in my sleep (since she won't yet lay anywhere but in someone's arms without losing it), i'm watching the dvr-ed american idol and checking up on the internet world - HOWEVER, long story short, tess was born on march 20th at 37 weeks, 5 days gestation after 24 hours of induced labor, and though we're still working hard to get into a safe place with her jaundice (hopefully we will get good news after her check tomorrow), she is doing great. she eats well, sleeps well (in someone's arms), pees and poops well, and is the cutest, sweetest baby girl ever. we are so in love with her and so so blessed.
i'll write more details about her and her birth story and our experience at rex and our first days home and EVERYTHING... just as soon as i get some sleep... or can put her down... so, like, i'll update in a few months ;-P heh, just kidding... i hope.
